These are techniques that use awareness of nervous system physiology to guide long lasting change. The most simple is using breath and awareness of our two information processing systems. Other techniques build capacity to detect ‘felt experiences’ in the body without overwhelming our capacity. These techniques facilitate lifelong skill building.

Mind Body Medicine is indicated for:

  • Stress related health concerns

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship problems

  • Fatigue and low energy

  • Chronic pain

  • Depression

Pulling from diverse ways of knowing, we are equipped to be with you in your most challenging and tender moments. Mason has a passion for being an empathetic listener while being a present clinician with good communication.

Key themes seen through guiding hundred of patients through mind body sessions include:

  • Boundaries: practicing an internal sense of self that allows closeness and breathing room with others. Similar to a cell membrane or a good adaptable fence, our boundaries are energetic, so when we are connected to ourself we feel the accurate pull or push depending on our true needs

  • Agency: constant people pleasing and over extending ones self at the expense of our own vitality

  • Aliveness: releasing stress to gain full capacity to our vitality and aliveness

Sometimes we need a cheer leader, sometimes we need someone to tell you like it is, and other times we just need someone to listen.

Mind body medicine can:

  • Increase presence and grounding

  • Increase energy and vitality

  • Alter negative beliefs we hold
